Henderson County Schools Online Student Registration Information for the 2017-18 school year
Henderson County school buildings will be closed during summer break.  However, anyone who needs access to a computer for registration can visit the Technology Support Center at the Henderson County Board of Education Campus, 1805 Second Street, or the Professional Development Center, 631 North Green Street, (near Thelma B. Johnson Early Learning Center).
 
Assistance will be available at both locations until July 27th,
Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m.- 2:00 p.m.
Additional evening hours are available at the Technology Support Center on Wednesdays from 4:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. 
Classroom assignments will not be announced until parent/guardian has completed online registration.

EHS welcomes new principal, Mrs. Erika Odom

EHS is excited to introduce the new principal for the 2017-2018 academic year! The SBDM Council has worked very diligent to find a new principal for East Heights. We are delighted to announce Erica Odom will be the principal beginning July 1. Currently she serves as assistant principal at Union County Middle School. Mrs. Odom graduated from Henderson County High School, received a bachelor of science in sociology and master of arts in teaching from the University of Louisville and a master of arts in Education from Murray State University. Mrs. Odom has a strong background in Instructional practices and passion for students and their learning. We will keep you posted on dates she will be at East Heights so you can meet her. Mrs Odom and her family reside in Henderson.

Henderson County Schools' Customer Service Survey

Henderson County Schools is committed to meeting the needs of our students, families, and staff in the best way that we can. We believe that good customer service in the schools is very important in providing authentic service to all.

Please take a moment to complete the following survey. If you have children in multiple school locations, please complete the survey for each individual school. The purpose of the survey is to give our parents/families an opportunity to give feedback about the school their student attends, and to measure parent satisfaction across the district. They survey will be open May 5th-15th.

3-5th Grade KPREP Test May 8 - 12, 2017

Today begins our week of KPREP testing! Our East Heights Hawks are ready to ROCK THE TEST! Please make sure that our rock stars are getting plenty of sleep each night, eating a healthy breakfas, arrive at school on time, and receive lots of encouragement to do their very BEST. This is going to be a successful week!
